Two builds here — round UFO fixtures that hang from a single hook and go up fast, and linear high bays that mimic the coverage of the fluorescent highbays they replace. Both come sensor-ready, so occupancy control over racking aisles is a plug-in accessory instead of a rewire.

Pick by ceiling height: roughly 150W to about 20 feet, 220–240W beyond that, then verify with spacing. 5000K is the standard for task visibility in industrial space.
