Shipping
- In-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days (orders placed after 2:00 PM CT count from the next business day).
- Orders ship via USPS from our warehouse in Duncanville, TX. Shipping cost is calculated by weight and destination at checkout.
- Local will-call pickup is available Mon–Fri, 9AM–5PM CT at 1223 Crestdell Dr, Suite A, Duncanville, TX 75137.
30-Day Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on new, unused product in its original packaging.
- Exchanges are accepted within the same 30-day window.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer, except for defective or incorrectly shipped items — we cover those.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. Defective items or items we shipped in error are exempt — no fee, and we cover return shipping.
How to Start a Return
Email admin@techchefstx.com or call 972-901-9948 with your order number. We'll send return instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.
Defective Product
If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right — replacement or full refund, including return shipping. Manufacturer warranties apply where offered by the manufacturer.
